MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

 6+ years old

 110cm tall

 Confident swimmer

 Any child aged 6, 7, 8 or 9 years old must be accompanied by someone 16+ years old that also has a ticket

INCLUSIONS

 1 hour on SPLASH Waterpark

 Qualified lifeguards on SPLASH Waterpark

 Additional lifeguards supervising from the shore

 Mandatory lifejackets for all participants

 Comprehensive safety briefing before each session

All participants must follow staff instructions at all times.

Everyone must demonstrate basic water confidence to participate independently.

PARENT & GUARDIAN PARTICIPATION

Parents or guardians (16+) accompanying children 6 - 9 years old must be on SPLASH Waterpark with their child/children at all times.

Adults entering the water must remain responsible for supervising their child throughout the session.

SESSION FLOW

Each session will follow a structured process:

1. Guest arrival & check-in, waiver checks

2. Lifejacket fitting

3. Safety briefing

4. Entry to SPLASH Waterpark

5. Supervised play session

6. Session conclusion and safe exit

CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY

To receive a refund, you must provide us with a minimum of 4 hours-notice by texting your booking reference number to 0435 793 199.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

 SPLASH Waterpark staff retain the right to refuse entry for any person who may be a safety risk or fails to adhere to the instructions of our team

 Please make sure you are aware of the Safety Waiver you will receive in your email confirmation and fill it out prior to arrival

 We recommend arriving 30 minutes prior to your booking on School Holidays, Weekends & Public Holidays, to allow time for parking and check in

 Public Holidays incur a 15% surcharge. Tickets will be $34.5 on all Public Holidays
